Shipping

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of your order. All orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail dependent upon order size. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking via the email provided at checkout. Once your order is shipped, it is out of our control when the package arrives, please refer to your tracking info for delivery date. We do not offer refunds or replacements for late deliveries.

International Shipping

International shipping is available via USPS First Class International. Wild Hart Paper is not responsible for any custom costs or tax duties that may apply. International shipping can take anywhere from 7-21 business days. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking via the email provided at checkout.

Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns. Damaged packages with photo evidence will be replaced free of charge if possible. If your package is lost, a claim will be filed with the shipping provider. Once we receive a refund for lost items, you will be refunded or a replacement will be sent. Claims cannot be filed for 15 days after ship date so refunds may take up to 2-4 weeks. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
