Sgraffito Tile Workshop

In this workshop at our New Hope, PA studio, Christina will guide you through the fundamental techniques of Sgraffito: where you'll carve through a top layer of colored glaze to reveal a contrasting color or the raw clay body underneath.
Each student will get to create a set of 4 tiles. You will have the freedom to get as creative as you would like by designing your own stencils to carve, or choosing from stencils that have already been created. The tiles make great coasters, wall art, trivets and more.
Class Duration: 1.5+ Hours
You will receive an email when your piece is ready for pickup during shop hours. Please allow 2-4 weeks for completion.
BYOB is encouraged!
*Parking: street parking is limited so plan accordingly! You may find additional parking in the Union Square parking lot (off of Bridge Street).
